I stayed in a twin room with my friend as we were playing in the Hanoi Open Pool tournament nearby. The staff were exceptional! nothing too much trouble, they even went out there way to obtain a hand travel fan for my friend which was a lifesaver during the event! Breakfast was delicious with freshly cooked fried eggs and the lady serving us always had a smile on her face and very welcoming! Great value for money and would definitely return! Thank you team at T&M Luxury Hotel!

Everything is excellent about the hotel. The room is very spacious and beautiful. It is like 4-star hotel that I stayed in. Everything is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious! They change the dishes daily. And the staff do check in and check out very fast too. Highly recommend!!

excellent location near to My Dinh bus station where we arrived at 4.15 am from ha Giang. Based on our late arrival, the hotel allowed us to late check out at no extra charge. The whole building was squeaky shiny clean. Breakfast was good.
